Participation in the QS Higher Ed Summit: Asia Pacific is restricted to individuals who are 18 or over - unless by prior agreement or invitation. The organisers reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse entry or cancel a registration without refund if this requirement is not met.
All delegates to the QS Higher Ed Summit: Asia Pacific must be registered conference participants. We do not accept on-the-day registrations and you will be refused entry.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing through email and no refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference. However, transfer of your registration to another person or another QS event is permitted (terms and conditions apply).
Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable if you are unable to attend due to visa-related issues, including visa refusal, delayed visa processing, or failure to obtain a visa before the summit.
We strongly recommend starting your visa application process as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing before the summit.
